Great customer focused team, very reliable and attentive to our needs. We were able to close on a VA loan within the 26 days deadline we gave. The loan officer they recommended was exceptionally Professional and expedited the loans process too. We had to work through an unresponsive team on the seller's side because their agent was too busy. but Phil's team pursued and were persistent until they got our answers and helped get all the repairs considered accurately and helped pull it off. The most thorough and friendly real estate agent firm that we have used. Phil and his team went above our expectations with things such as using an app and email and text to notify us of each are along the process. He provided two agents at our open house and had a professionally bound book with details about our house, the area, estimated utility costs, homeowners insurance quite, etc. He has. A solid relationship with a bank who was able to help our sellers close on the deal dyer their previous lender made some errors in the lending process.
