The most thorough and friendly real estate agent firm that we have used. Phil and his team went above our expectations with things such as using an app and email and text to notify us of each are along the process. He provided two agents at our open house and had a professionally bound book with details about our house, the area, estimated utility costs, homeowners insurance quite, etc. He has. A solid relationship with a bank who was able to help our sellers close on the deal dyer their previous lender made some errors in the lending process. Phil is masterful at the art of selling homes. He uses his excellent knowledge and the skills of his staff to pull it all together. Professional pictures, getting the listing on a ton of online sites for max exposure and a ton more. He will help you get your house ready for the market, so you appeal to the most buyers. We had 40 people come to our one and only open house. Multiple offers came in and the house was sold. I chose Phil because he has integrity and is honest with me.
