Great customer focused team, very reliable and attentive to our needs. We were able to close on a VA loan within the 26 days deadline we gave. The loan officer they recommended was exceptionally Professional and expedited the loans process too. We had to work through an unresponsive team on the seller's side because their agent was too busy. but Phil's team pursued and were persistent until they got our answers and helped get all the repairs considered accurately and helped pull it off. They supported us and pushed the doors down for us to meet our extremely tight deadline!. Very impressive! He was directly involved all the way through. Definitely the "A" team. He suggested we ensure that we "depersonalize" our home, clean the closets out, ensure that people can see your home as theirs. They are not coming to see "your" home.
