The most thorough and friendly real estate agent firm that we have used. Phil and his team went above our expectations with things such as using an app and email and text to notify us of each are along the process. He provided two agents at our open house and had a professionally bound book with details about our house, the area, estimated utility costs, homeowners insurance quite, etc. He has.
