The Tim Tebow Foundation places a high priority on God’s most vulnerable people. In August of 2021, Afghans were propelled into a major crisis requiring thousands of people to flee their homeland. TTF teams began specifically praying for the Lord to show how they could best help.
The Afghanistan crisis grew increasingly desperate, becoming more urgent with each passing day. The TTF team quickly began coordinating rescue efforts in order to assist Afghans.

In no time at all, TTF set into motion and began to work through several channels and partners, including a partner human trafficking rescue operation team. The priority: getting a specialized team into Afghanistan to help rescue and evacuate as many vulnerable people as possible. Tim jumped in to offer his own personal assistance and boarded a plane to a nearby country where thousands of Afghans had found shelter.
