The month of October can be a spooky month, the scary month with monstrous problems. Words such as “yikes” seem to be popping up everywhere as kids and adults alike look forward to Halloween.
In fact, according to USA Today, adults spend more on themselves to celebrate Halloween than any other day during the year. Such expenditures are likely due to the desire to hang out with the kids to go trick or treating or to host a Halloween party of some kind.
For many homeowners and homebuyers fear is a very real struggle; fear regarding how to get out of one house and into the next—the “trick”.
My “treat”: As a result of working with over 5,000 families over a 20-year time span, we have developed a special program to help home sellers and homebuyers. We are still on a mission to raise $200,000 for The Tim Tebow Foundation. We do this by donating to them a portion of our income from homes we sell. The Tim Tebow Foundation does great work in helping kids fight all kinds of battles. In fact, along with initiatives focused in the fields of Orphan Care + Prevention, Special Needs, and Children with Profound Medical Needs, the Foundation recently went public with a campaign to confront the Human Trafficking industry.
