Phil and his team are amazing. Always on top of it all. You can trust them...completely. We received a great price for our home because of Phil's suggestions. He suggested we ensure that we "depersonalize" our home, clean the closets out, ensure that people can see your home as theirs. They are not coming to see "your" home. I would send emails with questions any and all time of day...and here comes a response within 24 hours or less. You are "never" left hanging or wondering. He is your "partner" in selling your home, not just your realtor. You don't do this everyday...they do. There are things you wouldn't even think about...they do.
