The most thorough and friendly real estate agent firm that we have used. Phil and his team went above our expectations with things such as using an app and email and text to notify us of each are along the process. He provided two agents at our open house and had a professionally bound book with details about our house, the area, estimated utility costs, homeowners insurance quite, etc. He has. A solid relationship with a bank who was able to help our sellers close on the deal dyer their previous lender made some errors in the lending process. He suggested we ensure that we "depersonalize" our home, clean the closets out, ensure that people can see your home as theirs. They are not coming to see "your" home. I would send emails with questions any and all time of day...and here comes a response within 24 hours or less. You are "never" left hanging or wondering.
